For motorcyclists & drivers

Your rides.
Captured automatically.

Ryval records every journey in the background — no start button — and gives it back as a map, a Logbook and a Postcard worth keeping.

How it works

Put the phone away.
Ryval takes it from here.

  1. 01

    Armed

Ryval waits quietly in the background on low-accuracy location, so iOS can wake it the moment you move.

  2. 02

    Recording

Once movement is confirmed, it switches to full accuracy and follows the road. You just ride.

  3. 03

    Saved

Park up and the Ride lands on your map with its distance, Moving Time and speed. Trips under 500 m are quietly dropped.

Share Cards

Every ride, worth posting.

Turn any Ride into a card for Stories and chats: its shape on a clean Ryval background, or your route over a real map.

  • The Shape Card is Free
  • Distance, Moving Time and top speed on the card
  • Straight to Photos or any app

Friends

See who’s out riding.

Friends share a live Beacon while they’re on the road — a single point with their current speed — plus how far each of them has gone in the last 30 days.

  • One Invite Link, and you’re Friends both ways
  • Beacons expire minutes after the ride ends
  • Choose what each Friend can see

Logbook & Postcards

Watch your riding
add up.

The Logbook keeps your all-time record, from the first Ride. Ride three times in a month and it becomes a Postcard — the month’s distance, Moving Time and the shape of its longest Ride.

Privacy

Built to be shared.
On your terms.

Your maximum speed is yours alone

No other rider ever sees it — unless you put it on a Share Card yourself.

Beacons expire

Friends see a single live point while you ride — never a path. It expires about ten minutes after its last update.

Visibility is per Friend

Hide your Beacon or your Rides from one Friend without telling them, and without touching anyone else.

Share Cards never carry your Profile

A card shows the Ride’s shape and numbers — never your Username or Avatar.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I have to start a recording?

No. With Automatic Capture on — the default — Ryval notices when you start moving and records on its own. You can still start a Ride by hand, or turn Automatic Capture off entirely.

What about battery?

While you’re not moving, Ryval only keeps a low-accuracy location registration so iOS can wake it. Full-accuracy GPS runs only while a journey is being recorded.

Is it just for motorcycles?

Motorcycles and cars are equal in Ryval. Keep both in your Garage, and mark any Ride as Rider, Driver or Passenger.

Is there an Android version?

It’s on the way. Open this page on your Android phone to join the waitlist.

How do I add Friends?

Send your Invite Link. When someone opens it, you both become Friends straight away — no requests to accept, and friendship always goes both ways.
